How much time is allotted per tea party picnic? 

Each tea party picnic is 1.5 hours but an additional hour can be purchased for $50 if needed at checkout or you can get in touch with our team during your picnic (should you decide to add on more time). 

 

What if I have to cancel my tea party picnic or it is bad weather on the day of? 

We know that life happens (and sometimes bad weather happens too)! So, we are happy to reschedule your picnic for another weekend date and time that works best for you. We do not refund but you are able to reschedule your picnic and use your picnic credit within 3 months.

 

What if I’m running late? 

We have a 15-minute grace period. Unfortunately, past the grace period, we will need to break down our setup and reschedule. Please give us a head’s up on your way if you are running behind as our team puts a lot of time, detail and thought into our setup. 

What is the max amount of people for a tea party picnic? 

We are currently offering up to 20 people max. However, if you have a larger party, please let us know and we are happy to accommodate and work with you! 

 

How much time in advance is needed to make a booking? 

We love to have more than enough time to plan your perfect tea party experience! We prefer 2 weeks ahead of time but bookings 1 week ahead are accepted too. Please note that certain add-ons may not be available on time if bookings are not made with enough time. Not sure if your lead time is enough? Inquire anyway and we will let you know! PICNIC DETAILS 

Where are the tea party picnics located? 

We are currently setting up picnics in Bakersfield and surrounding areas wherever clients choose (eg. backyards, Kern county parks, private venues, etc.). We are happy to help provide location planning. We are also open to traveling for a fee (please inquire for details).

I just placed my tea party picnic order but I’d like to add other item(s). How can I do that? 

Please reach out to us at your earliest convenience at info@monarchheartevents.com so we can help make adjustments to your order, no problem! Please advise that some add-ons run out fast, so the earlier you can get in touch, the better! 

 

Do you include alcoholic beverages?

We are not including alcohol at this time, as public parks do not allow it. If you are able to obtain a permit where you can provide your own alcohol, please provide us with a copy. We are not responsible for any liabilities in regards to alcohol. Please let us know if you have further questions. 

 

Do you provide food with the tea party picnic? 

Yes, we do! Each picnic comes with our delicious, homemade tea sandwiches and tea pastries to accompany our assortment of teas.
